About me

Kelly is a printmaker based in Essex, who has dedicated over 20 years to printmaking since graduating with a degree in Fine Arts in 2003. Her inspiring work has been showcased at prestigious events such as the Southern Nature Art Exhibition, London Affordable Art Fair, Rochester Art Fair, Bexley Hall Gallery, Under the Rainbow Events, Brighton Open House, New England Regional Art Museum, AWOL Gallery and the Brentwood Art Trail.

Kelly draws inspiration from exploring texture, pattern and the stories held within everyday places. Her piece "Waterfront View" reflects a moment in Mousehole, Cornwall, while "Pencil Cottage - Shanklin" was born from her recent adventures on the Isle of Wight. With a love for exploration, she finds joy in discovering new places throughout the UK whether that is beautiful villages or exploring urban street art in Brighton.

In addition to her artistic pursuits, Kelly works full-time as an Occupational Therapist in the NHS, where she empowers individuals in the community to improve their mental health. She channels her passion for art to guide others through challenging times, helping them discover new skills and build supportive social networks.

Whether I'm making prints or teaching others, I'm interested in the possibilities of printmaking and the satisfaction that comes from making something by hand.
